Refund Policy

All payments for subscription packages made through the SKR Career Guidance App are processed via our payment gateway partner, and SKR Career Guidance is not responsible for any discrepancies that may arise in these transactions. Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

Excess Payment: If the amount paid by the user exceeds the selected subscription package, users may be eligible for a refund of the excess amount. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Cancellation Before Subscription Activation: If a user cancels their subscription prior to its activation, they may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

Technical Issues: If users face technical issues that prevent access to subscription content, they should reach out to our support team. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether the issue can be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Please keep a record of your transaction ID and receipt number, as these will be necessary for any payment-related queries
  • Refunds may not be available for partially used subscriptions
  • Processing fees may apply to refund requests
